ROSHANi is an Arabic/Urdu word (Its stand for Light “A Hope”). We are working for the development of peace and aim to beat darkness and violence through education, sports and cultures in Pakistan and spread our massage to worldwide.

Our president and founder of this organization take start with their own funds and personal involvement for the Development of peace through Education, Sports and Cultures.

Honorable Mr. Afazal Chaudhary President of Cultural Division has join us in 2005 and boot up this origination and provide his own sports / cultural complex for the development of sports and cultural activities/event/seminars and festivals for the development of peace through education, sports and culture in Pakistan. He is very loving person and its passion to develop the health sportsman in every area of Pakistan. He always supports the players with his possible resources and facilitates them to continue their sports career. He was already involved in many sports and cultural activities in Pakistan and always support to every educational, sports and cultural activities arranged by ROSHANi ORG.

Developments in Literacy, Sports and cultures are dedicated to providing quality education, healthy sports and cultural activities in Pakistan region, especially in rural areas.

ROSHANi ORG is dedicated to developing peace centers, peace curricula, teachers, and to supporting outreach programs that promote peace, nonviolence and reconciliation in Pakistan and other parts of the world. Ultimately we strive to empower individuals to have a choice to choose peace instead of violence to build stable communities and progressive nations.

ROSHANi ORG is committed to developing a coalition of national and international leaders and organizations to address critical issues concerning peace, nonviolence, and reconciliation in Pakistan. As a non-profit organization, ROSHANi ORG has proposed in partnership with Pakistan schools, colleges and universities, to develop peace education centers in Pakistan and in world offering a curriculum aimed at overcoming issues that threaten survival in countries affected by conflict. ROSHANi ORG plan is that this model program will become an international force in preparing educators for the key task of making peace, nonviolence and reconciliation a working reality.Please explore our website, join and support us in our collaborative effort to effect change.

:: PERSEVERENCE ::
ROSHANi ORG operates under the supervision and guidance of our Honorary Committee and our Circle of Founders.  The Board of Directors and a Strategic Committee works in permanent, close collaboration with our Family of Partners in order to implement Locally-Based Projects.

:: THE CIRCLE OF FOUNDERS ::
The Founders’ Circle, agreed to contribute actively to our expansion throughout the all areas, to make sure that our operations are sustainable and to respect the fundamental principles of Locally-Based Projects.

They are permanently involved in discussions to determine major policy decisions and benefit from privileged access to all levels of the organization. They may be public or private dignitaries or major corporations.

:: THE HONORARY COMMITTEE ::
The Honorary Committee brings the experience of eminent internationally-known public figures to ROSHANi ORG, chosen for their high level of qualifications and responsibility.

The Honorary Committee will meet during the major events we organize and will be consulted regularly about the actions to be implemented.

:: THE STRATEGIC COMMITTEE ::
The Strategic Committee’s scope of activity can be adapted according to needs. It will meet under the Presidency of the President of ROSHANi ORG or one of the organization’s Vice Presidents and is composed of Government representatives, International Organizations, Directors of international corporations as well as other competent persons.
 
This Committee forms a ‘think tank’ to plan tangible actions undertaken in Locally-Based Projects and assists the Board of Directors to monitor projects after implementation.

:: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ::
The daily management of the organization is entrusted to a Board of Directors by the President of the ROSHANi ORG.
